Job summary

Merlin Entertainments' Bubble Planet Charlotte is seeking a Guest Experience Shift Lead to support daily operations, keep guest energy high, and help the team run smoothly during opening.

This role offers hands-on leadership development, training opportunities, and a welcoming environment for families, with weekend and holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, positive, and confident when talking to guests.
• Experience in customer service, retail, food service, entertainment, or attractions.
• Interested in growing into a leadership role.
• Available weekends and holidays (required).

Responsibilities

• Support Bubble Planet team during daily operations.

Guest Experience Shift Lead - Bubble Planet Charlotte

Bubble Planet is an exciting new immersive attraction from the same team at SEA LIFE Charlotte, designed to spark wonder and create unforgettable memories for guests of all ages. Join our opening team and help bring this one-of-a-kind, interactive experience to life for families exploring a world of bubbles, color, and imagination!

What You'll Do:

• Help support the Bubble Planet team during daily operations
• Keep lines moving and guest energy positive
• Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed
• Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience
• Help train and motivate team members
• Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families
• Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day

Qualifications & Experience

• Can stay calm in busy situations
• Enjoy helping and encouraging others
• Have experience in customer service, retail, food service, entertainment, or attractions
