Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or related field with significant business operations exposure.
• Proficiency in Excel and PC Office applications required.
• ERP knowledge and experience in consumer apparel environments preferred.
• Familiarity with pricing and sales procedures is essential.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are required.
• Proven leadership of multifunctional teams and training abilities.
• Excellent communication and public relations skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Retail Services department with focus on order execution and delivery performance.
• Manage order bank proactively to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Demand Planning, Finance and IT to align priorities.
• Lead process improvements to reduce errors and increase efficiency.
• Provide timely, accurate information to customers, sales managers and representatives.
• Supervise staff, set goals, coach performance and ensure resource coverage.
• Assist with onboarding of new retail clients and vendor coordination.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics for order processing and satisfaction.
• Coordinate system enhancements and training for internal and external groups.
