Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager to coach staff, drive sales, and uphold brand standards. This role will manage opening/closing duties as manager on duty and help create a high-performing, customer-focused team.

You will lead daily operations, train associates, leverage reports, and contribute to store programs that improve service, merchandising, and efficiency while maintaining an inclusive, engaging workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual who demonstrates good judgement and is tuned-into the pulse of the business.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.
