The role partners across Operations, Merchandising, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Store Design, and Marketing to identify opportunities, simplify work, and implement sustainable solutions that support profitable growth while enhancing the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive retail operations experience.
• 3+ years leading enterprise-level operational improvement initiatives.
• Experience in multi-unit retail and cross-functional projects in a high-growth organization.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing store and field processes to identify opportunities for simplification and standardization.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Develop scalable operational standards that support company growth.
• Partner with IT to identify automation and tech-enabled improvements.
• Visit stores to observe operations and gather field feedback.
• Present operational insights to senior leadership.
