Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate for our Temple, PA location. You will greet customers, help them locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.

• Comfort with assisting customers and enrollments in rewards programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and truck unloading.
• Maintain store recovery, shelves, and planograms as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
