Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a friendly Retail - Service Team Member for our Spanish Fort, AL store. This part-time role focuses on helping customers find products, providing fast checkout, and delivering the brand promise.

You will unload trucks, stock shelves, participate in planograms, and support omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pick Up In Store. You’ll join a team dedicated to great service and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop and locate products.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes to keep shelves in stock.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Support store recovery, in-stock merchandising, and compliance with SOPs and safety programs.
