Job summary

The Michaels Stores Spanish Fort location is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in finding products. You will handle checkout with cash handling, participate in rewards enrollment, and support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store.

Responsibilities include stocking, truck unload, planograms, merchandise recovery, and upholding SOPs while interacting respectfully with customers and team members.

• Ability to locate products and assist customers.
