Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of leadership. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading store teams, supervising showrooms, managing orders and returns, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Strong communication and RSS certification are required where applicable.

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluent in Spanish or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
