Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Brighton, CO is seeking a part-time Service Team Member to help customers shop, provide a fast checkout experience, and maintain merchandise standards in a busy retail store.

You will unload trucks, stock shelves, and execute planograms, while promoting rewards programs and assisting guests with product finds. The role supports omnichannel processes and emphasizes store recovery and safety.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Support Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in store recovery, stock availability, and general merchandising tasks.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
