Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Team Member for the DEN-AURORA, CO location. You will deliver a friendly shopping experience, help customers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout while keeping the store well-stocked and orderly.

You may assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance, and participate in rewards enrollments, BOPIS/SFS processes, and store recovery activities. Shifts can include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service at checkout.
• Assist customers and locate products.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise.
• Maintain store recovery and planograms.
• Promote Rewards program enrollment.
• Follow SOPs and company policies.
