Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Brighton, CO seeks an Early Morning Stocker for part-time work. You will deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout with proper cash handling.

You’ll complete truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties while supporting store recovery and in-stock optimization. Candidates with retail or customer service experience are preferred, and you should be able to stand for long periods and lift boxes as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and move around the store for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
• Maintain a fast and accurate checkout experience with proper cash handling.
• Unloading trucks and stocking shelves, including planograms (POGs).
• Support store recovery, including merchandise return/go-back processes and in-stock optimization.
