Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. store in Castle Rock, CO is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will help with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-stock merchandise while supporting Omnichannel processes.

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred; ability to stand long hours and lift inventory is needed. This role includes weekend/evening shifts and basic safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience handling cash and ensuring accuracy at checkout.
• Able to engage customers and promote store programs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and accurate cash handling.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with BOPIS/SFS and Omni channel processes.
