Qualifications

• 2–3 years of previous retail sales or management experience in a customer-service related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to create an exceptional customer experience and exceed sales goals.
• Ensure appropriate staff coverage on the sales floor while setting an example for sales associates.
• Coach staff on customer service success and address challenges.
• Educate team on product knowledge and selling skills utilizing provided resources.
