Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and assist with online orders and curbside pickup where applicable.

The role supports merchandising, front‑end tasks, and other duties as needed. 21+ and flexible availability including evenings/weekends are required; prior POS experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ year in a retail setting preferred
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, build relationships, and provide personalized service
• Assist with sales, product knowledge, and cross‑sell products
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs
• Maximize product inventory: process freight, organize and distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise, build displays and end caps, place signage
• Support digital business operations by fulfilling online orders and assisting with in‑store and curbside pick‑up and delivery services
• Deliver orders safely and professionally, following company policies and procedures, including traffic and safety laws if delivery is required
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and provide a safe, compliant store environment
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store
• Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned
