Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and assist with merchandising and curbside orders. You will engage customers, learn products, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

This role requires accuracy with POS and inventory systems, a willingness to work evenings/weekends, and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. Regular duties include stocking, displays, and customer assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform about products.
• Process transactions and operate the POS system.
• Stock, merchandise, build displays and end caps; signage and inventory support.
• Assist with curbside pickup and delivery as needed.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
