Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Service Team Members to engage customers, provide product guidance, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You may assist with merchandising, front-end tasks, and order fulfillment, including curbside and delivery where needed.

Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn about wine, spirits, and beer are essential. Flexible scheduling, training opportunities, and a generous benefits program are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory by stocking merchandise, pulling orders, and aiding curbside/delivery services where applicable.
• Deliver friendly, personalized service by greeting customers and guiding product choices.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, loyalty programs, and advertisements.
