Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Service Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and assist with merchandising and store operations. You will build product knowledge through training and actively promote promotions and loyalty programs.

The role includes assisting with curbside orders, stock replenishment, and maintaining a safe, compliant store environment. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory basics.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and guide product selection.
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and inventory control.
• Process orders, prepare displays, and support curbside pickup and delivery where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with alcohol regulations.
• Collaborate with store management to meet sales goals and promote loyalty programs.
