Job summary

M Michaels in Bellingham, WA is looking for a store associate to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain in-stock conditions while supporting omni-channel processes and store recovery.

Preferred is retail or customer service experience; duties include POS handling, rewards program enrollments, and cross-training in framing services.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments for Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store recovery, merchandise returns, and in-stock conditions.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; interact positively with customers and team members.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
