Job summary

Michaels Stores in Troy, MI is seeking retail team members to help customers find products, deliver friendly service, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will unload trucks, stock aisles, and maintain planograms to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, enrolling them in the Rewards program, supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, and following SOPs while upholding safety and loss-prevention programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years or older is required.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise; manage returns/go back process
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; promote company values
• Interact respectfully; be a role model for other Team Members
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
