Michaels is hiring for a retail team member to assist customers, handle checkout, and support store operations in a busy retail environment. You will help customers find products, explain rewards and private label options, and participate in unloading trucks and stocking shelves to keep the store well merchandised.

Applicants should be comfortable standing long hours, lifting boxes, and working a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS) and store recovery.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
