Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a Store position in the Pitt-Washington area. The role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, helping shoppers find products, and ensuring a swift checkout experience.

You will handle truck unloading, stocking, and merchandising while supporting omnichannel processes and store recovery to keep the store well stocked. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience and can work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and process transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and execute cash handling to standards.
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram tasks.
• Maintain in-stock store and assist with merchandise recovery and return processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
