Job summary

Tourneau|Bucherer is seeking a Service and Operations Manager to drive store service and operational efficiency in a premium retail environment, focusing on profitability, product flow, and customer experience. The role leads end-to-end store operations, ensuring accuracy, safety, and excellence in service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in a supervisory role within luxury retail, with hands-on knowledge of POS and inventory systems, and a collaborative, improvement-minded approach.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced premium retail environment.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in jewelry or timepieces preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong inventory and shrink awareness.
• Knowledge of POS and inventory management systems; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store service and operations to meet profitability goals and maintain service standards.
• Oversee expense control, staffing, scheduling and back-of-house efficiency.
• Manage receiving, processing and merchandise flow; uphold housekeeping and safety.
• Partner with Asset Protection to reduce shortages and optimize processes.
• Train and develop team; communicate objectives and performance clearly.
• Act as system Super User for digital migration; support local implementation.
