Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store teams to streamline workflows and focus on client experience.
• Manage non-payroll expenses and budget for operations.
• Direct receiving and processing of merchandise; maintain back-of-house standards.
• Analyze shortages and implement reduction initiatives with Asset Protection.
• Train and develop the store team in operations processes.
• Lead system use and training during digital migration and local implementation.
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming store environment for clients and employees.
• Recruit and select qualified support colleagues; support team development.
