Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and learning their names.
• Lead by example, maintain positive employee relations, and foster teamwork and accountability.
• Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules; assign duties; ensure tasks are completed properly and on time.
• Supervise and coordinate activities across all store areas, or perform work at all levels as needed.
• Train employees on store policies and safety procedures; provide ongoing education on updated policies.
• Evaluate employee performance and recommend promotions, transfers, or dismissals.
• Follow safety procedures and handle customer accident forms when needed.
• Handle cash registers and other teller transactions.
• Report to work as scheduled and on time.
