You will lead by example, manage schedules, handle customer issues, oversee merchandising and safety training, and support store leaders. This fast-paced role requires strong people skills and a commitment to helping customers and teammates.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of similar or related work experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers and addressing needs.
• Lead by example to maintain positive employee relations and teamwork across the store.
• Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules; assign duties and monitor execution.
• Supervise activities across departments during the Department Manager's absence and perform duties as needed.
• Train staff on store policies and procedures; provide ongoing education on updated policies.
• Evaluate employee performance and recommend promotions, transfers, or dismissals.
• Enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment; handle incident forms as needed.
• Order merchandise, verify deliveries, and report discrepancies.
• Monitor ad and display placements and ensure adequate product quality and quantities.
• Maintain management data including sales and inventory reports.
