Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers and making each visit a great experience.
• Lead by example and maintain positive employee relations across the store.
• Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules; assign duties; follow up on task completion.
• Supervise and coordinate activities across all store areas when the Department Manager is absent.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally; ensure satisfaction.
• Train staff on store policies, procedures, and safety rules; provide ongoing education.
