Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of similar or related work experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts and handle fast-paced store duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly service and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Lead by example, supervise staff, and coordinate shift schedules.
• Oversee store operations in absence of Department Manager and ensure policy compliance.
• Train employees on policies, safety procedures, and job duties.
