Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of similar or related work experience preferred.
• Retail or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers with a smile.
• Lead by example to foster teamwork, accountability, and positive staff relations.
• Plan and adjust work schedules, assign duties, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Supervise store activities across departments in the manager's absence and perform required tasks.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
• Train staff on store policies and procedures and provide ongoing education.
• Evaluate performance and recommend promotions or transfers as needed.
• Uphold safety procedures and complete incident reports as required.
• Assist with merchandise orders, deliveries, and display placement.
• Maintain payroll basics and handle cash registers and related transactions.
