Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules; assign duties and ensure timely task completion.
• Supervise activities across departments in the Store Manager's absence and step in as needed.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Train staff on store policies, procedures, and safety; update as needed.
• Evaluate employee performance and recommend promotions or abatements.
• Maintain safety procedures and handle incident reports.
