Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Managers in various operations.
• Lead team in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom.
• Ensure timely processing of all orders.
• Efficiently manage returns and exchanges.
• Perform all store opening and closing duties.
