Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of managers.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. You will lead team members in delivering excellent service to retail and professional customers, supervise phone inquiries, process online orders and transfers, handle returns, and ensure merchandise is accurately invoiced.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Bilingual abilities encouraged; Spanish desirable.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure policy adherence.
• Manage phone inquiries and ensure timely processing of online orders, hub transfers, and in-store transfers.
• Oversee returns, exchanges, invoicing, and ensure accurate payment methods.
• Perform opening/closing duties, security checks, and other duties as assigned.
