Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position may assume shift management in the absence of the Store Manager.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. You will lead store team members to deliver excellent service to retail and professional customers, oversee calls and order processing, returns and exchanges, and ensure secure opening/closing

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure timely processing of orders and transfers.
• Perform opening/closing duties, secure money and deposits, and ensure store security.
• Delegate merchandising tasks and ensure adherence to schedules and policies.
