Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Bennett, CO is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in delivering outstanding customer service, shop appearance, and daily operations. You will help manage the showroom and assist in scheduling and shift coverage.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, retail or automotive knowledge, and a willingness to obtain RSS Certification; bilingual abilities are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
