• Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service and coverage.
• Drive partnerships between sales, specialists, stock, and operations.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and follow-up on actions.
• Develop and retain talent through monthly development plans and reviews.
• Lead by example delivering the Burberry Experience in-store.
• Assist store management with Burberry Experience training and weekly meetings.
