Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years supervisory or management experience in retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assist and motivate sales associates to deliver high-value customer experiences and act as a quality control supervisor.
• Partner with associates to improve selling skills and close sales to achieve KPIs.
• Lead a high-performing, customer-focused team and coach to ensure Burberry Experience is delivered.
• Manage customer flow to ensure top service and no client is left unattended.
• Drive collaboration between sales, specialists, stock, and operations.
