Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail or customer service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering outstanding customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure programs are executed.
• Manage phone inquiries and store communications per policy.
• Oversee buy online/ship to store and related transfers with timely updates to customers.
• Ensure returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled efficiently and accurately.
