Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure program execution.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy and process orders / shipments timely.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and allocate tasks to team.
• Manage daily opening/closing duties, money/ deposit security, and building security checks.
