Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers in a timely manner and notify customers upon shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using the outside purchase order ledger.
• Process returns and exchanges accurately and issue refunds using the correct payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate Zipline messages and merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Monitor schedule adherence, clock-ins/outs, and perform day end procedures including secure money deposits.
• Perform all opening/closing duties and other duties as assigned.
