Qualifications

• Strong communication skills; ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Desirable: retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts; ASE certification and multilingual ability (Spanish) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute customer service programs.
• Answer telephone according to company policy and process orders promptly.
• Ensure buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders are managed timely and customers are notified.
• Process returns and exchanges efficiently and issue refunds using correct methods.
• Open/close store duties, verify money, prepare deposits, and secure premises.
