Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Managers in sales, service, and store operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of leadership and encourages bilingual candidates to apply.

Responsibilities include leading a team in delivering top customer service, managing service programs, and ensuring accurate processing of orders and returns. Retail auto parts experience and ASE/RSS credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain RSS Certification.
• Desirable: retail sales experience in auto parts.
• Desirable: knowledge of automotive systems and repair.
• Desirable: ASE Certification.
• Desirable: fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels and execute key service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered per policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedures.
