O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and daily operations, with shift-management responsibilities in the absence of Supervisors. Lead a team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers, supervise showroom programs, process orders and transfers, and ensure accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process online orders, ship-to-store, and store transfers in a timely manner.
• Handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and invoicing before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Adhere to work schedules and clock-in/out per policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties, deposits, security checks, and related tasks.
• All other duties as assigned.
