Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Richland Center, WI is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and operations. You will lead team members in delivering exceptional customer service, supervise showroom performance, and handle day-to-day store duties including opening/closing, money handling, and security.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure program execution.
• Answer telephone per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds correctly, and stage returns.
• Invoice merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure staff follow posted schedules, obtain approvals for changes, and clock in/out correctly.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, day end procedures, and secure money/deposits.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
