Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of supervisors and ensuring timely processing of orders, transfers, returns, and invoicing.

Qualified candidates will have strong communication skills and RSS Certification; retail auto parts experience and ASE Certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• Required: strong communication skills and RSS Certification.
• Desirable: retail sales experience in auto parts and ASE Certification.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in customer service and sales performance.
• Manage store operations, scheduling, and security procedures.
• Ensure returns, exchanges, invoicing, and inventory accuracy.
• Complete opening/closing duties and end-of-day procedures.
• Support store manager when needed.
