Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish or other languages is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered per policy and orders, transfers, and shipments are processed timely.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate Zipline messages.
