Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.

Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. The Retail Service Specialist will lead the showroom, ensuring excellent service for both retail and professional customers, coordinating transfers, and processing returns

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred, especially in auto parts.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair.
• ASE Certification desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and oversee related programs.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and special orders.
• Handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and ensure proper invoicing and documentation.
• Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing duties, cash handling, and security procedures.
