Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience and automotive knowledge are desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee cashier operations, returns, and payments with accuracy.
• Manage opening/closing duties and ensure security protocols.
