O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and assistants in sales, service, appearance and operations. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading the team in customer service, supervising showroom 서비스 standards, handling orders and transfers, processing returns and refunds, invoicing merchandise, and ensuring scheduling and end-of-day tasks are completed. Apply for RSS certification to advance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and program execution.
• Ensure telephone is answered per policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders timely.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges accurately and finalize refunds.
• Invoice merchandise with core charges and warranties before shipping.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure schedules are followed and clock-ins/outs per policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
