Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is looking for a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, service, and store operations. You will help lead the team, manage shift coverage in absence of leadership, and ensure efficient handling of orders, returns, and invoicing while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience and automotive parts knowledge are desirable; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure execution of service programs.
• Answer telephone according to policy and process orders including buy online/ship to store and transfers.
• Handle returns and exchanges, issue refunds, and stage merchandise properly.
• Invoicing of merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to posted work schedule, approve deviations, and clock in/out per policy.
• Perform all opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, bank deposits, and security checks.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
