O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of store leadership and encourages bilingual applicants.

You will lead a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences across retail and professional customers, while ensuring accurate invoicing, timely order processing, and secure end-of-day procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels and ensure policy adherence.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers accurately.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Monitor work schedules, clock-ins/outs, and day-end procedures.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure deposits.
• All other duties as assigned.
