Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and assist managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of store leadership.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to assist a diverse customer base. Responsibilities include supervising service levels, processing orders, returns, and exchanges, and ensuring proper merchandising and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Requires excellent communication to lead and assist customers.
• Candidate must be able to obtain RSS Certification.
• Desirable background in retail auto parts sales and automotive knowledge.
• ASE Certification is a plus and bilingual ability is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee showroom customer service programs and calls handling.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers in a timely manner and notify customers as needed.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Perform opening/closing duties and ensure security and cash handling procedures.
